All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card valid on the date of the start of the stay. In the event of a credit card expiring prior to the guest's arrival, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation without prior notice.
In the case of group bookings (more than 3 rooms), the hotel reserves the right to debit 30% (maximum) from the total amount due as soon as the booking is made in order to ensure that the card is correct. If payment is rejected, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation without notice.
Late departure:
Rooms must be vacated no later than at 11.00 am. In the event of a tariff departure, additional costs will be charged as follows :

Early arrival :
The rooms are available from 15:00. In the event of early arrival, additional costs will be charged as follows :

Early departure :
In the event of early departure, the full amount of the stay and the services booked (breakfast, half-board, etc.) will be charged. No credit will be given for these charges.
Animals :
Pets weighing up to 10kg are allowed in the hotel. Owners undertake not to leave their pets alone in the rooms and to report any damage caused.
Only one pet per booking will be authorised and its presence must be notified at the time of booking. The hotel reserves the right to refuse the animal if its presence has not been notified in advance.
The presence of a pet will automatically result in the addition of a supplement of €15 per stay and per pet. This fee covers cleaning costs and does not include food.
